HOW TO PREPARE YOURSELF FOR A LIFE BETWEEN LIVES SESSION:
|
"Since encountering friendly spirits who
meet us after death is so important, how do we recognize them? ....Souls
often use their capacity to project former life forms when communicating
with each other. Projecting a human life form is only one of an
incalculable number of appearances which can be assumed by souls from
their basic energy substance."

It is my goal that you
to have the best session possible. Because
the sessions are lengthy and require a deep state of relaxation,
it is important that we have developed rapport. I want to make
sure that you feel safe, secure and can relax into the process.
HOW YOU
PREPARE FOR THE SESSION:
-
Relaxation
and a calm, focused mind is essential for a rewarding regression
or Life Between Lives session. Letting go of preconceptions,
expectations and previous experiences or knowledge will allow
you to have a genuine experience. In fact, the ability to let go
and simply be with and in the experience is a hallmark of a
significant LBL or regression session. Your analytical, logical,
"left-brain" mind does an amazing job of serving you but will
only slow down your experience during a session. In more extreme
cases, it can actually prevent you from having a regression or
LBL experience. If you are an analytical individual or are
currently experiencing much stress in your life I highly
recommend a daily practice of relaxation, visualization and
stress reduction. If you would like some assistance with this I am available to speak with you
regarding your own unique situation or concerns.
-
Fill out
and mail or bring your Cast of Characters. Create a list of
people in your current life from your past and present. This
“cast of characters” should be the people who are important to
you -- family members, friends, co-workers, teachers, mentors,
lovers, spouses and children. Include anyone who has helped to
shape your life, positively or negatively, in a significant
manner. List their name, their relationship to you, some
information about how you feel about that person, and a few
brief words that describe their character. This entire sheet
should be brief and consist of people who have had the most
impact on your life.
-
Create
a brief list of questions that you would like to have
answered during the Life Between Lives session.
-
Schedule
a past life regression session with me or another
hypnotherapist prior to your Life Between Lives session.
Other ways
to prepare:
- You may
wish to spend time in meditation, prayer or use guided
imagery and relaxation often before your past life and the
life between lives sessions.
- You may
choose to read or re-read Dr. Newton’s excellent books,
Journey of Souls and
Destiny of Souls. I don’t require this and am
more than happy to work with clients who have had little
exposure to this work.
Payment:
The fee for a Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression
hypnotherapy session is $400.00, regardless of length. If you
choose to schedule a regression/past life regression session
with me instead of with a qualified hypnotherapist in your
area the fee is $150.00. A PLR session average two
hours in length.
Deposit:
I require one half of the session fee ($200) at the time we
book your appointment. This becomes non-refundable seventy-two
hours before your scheduled session. We accept checks and
cash for deposits and payment.
Cancellation Policy:
I have a 48 hour cancellation policy for LBL sessions.
Appointments cancelled after this time will be billed to you at
the rate of $200.00; one half of the fee.
More Suggestions
and Information:
- Depending on
scheduling, we may conduct the PLR session on the morning or
afternoon of one day and then schedule the LBL session for
the morning of the second day. In some cases, due to the
client’s tight schedule, we may conduct the PLR session in
the morning, take a long lunch break and then have the LBL
session beginning in the early afternoon.
- If you are coming in
from out-of-town, please consider making arrangements to
stay overnight before your session. It is important to be
rested and relaxed.
- Eat a good breakfast
and avoid too much water or caffeine.
- I am happy to provide
recommendations for local hotels and restaurants.
